The facelifted Jaguar F-Type coupe and convertible range has been revealed and is available for order now.
The most obvious change at the front is the new horizontally arrayed LED headlights. To complement these slimline headlamps, the F-Type gains a vented clamshell bonnet for the first time.
There's also a redesigned front bumper, slightly larger grille, and side vents with an integrated leaper motif.
At the back, the tail-lights have been redesigned and now feature a rectangular rather than circular dip. The revised bumper features a new diffuser, license plate surround, and exhaust tip layouts.
Inside the cabin, there's a new configurable 12.3-inch high-definition instrumentation screen. The Touch Pro infotainment system now features Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as over-the-air updates, as standard.
In Australia, the updated F-Type range is available with three engines all paired with an eight-speed automatic.
The base engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit with 221kW and 400Nm and is capable of completing the 0-100km/h standard in 5.7 seconds and hitting a top speed of 250km/h.
Above this is a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 with 280kW of power and 460Nm of torque.
Topping the range is the F-Type R, which is powered by a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 rated at 423kW of power and 700Nm of torque, which is 18kW and 20Nm more than the outgoing model.
The R comes with all-wheel drive and new-look 20-inch alloy wheels as standard. The adaptive dampers, transmission, springs, anti-roll bars, and suspension have been recalibrated for improved responsiveness.
There's also a First Edition coupe model based on the V6 R-Dynamic and gains unique 20-inch wheels, a black roof, and performance seats with 12-way electric adjustment Monogram stitching.
